Salon Policies

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, service, and client experience, the following policies apply.

   Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Outstanding balances must be settled before future appointments can be confirmed.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service.

Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

We allow up to a 15-minute grace period, depending on the duration of your service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late:

• Your service time may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients.
• The full service fee will still apply.

If there is insufficient time to complete the service, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits

Deposits are required for selected services including:

• Colour appointments
• Longer treatments
• Service packages

Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment and will be applied to your final balance.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is required on the day of service.

We reserve the right to securely retain card details for booking protection and enforcement of our cancellation policy.

 

Packages

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of that session.

Consultation Requirement

Certain services such as colour corrections and advanced laser treatments require a consultation before booking.

This ensures suitability, accurate pricing, and the best possible results.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Service pricing may vary depending on:

• Hair length
• Hair thickness
• Product usage
• Time required
• Additional work required to achieve your desired result

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for selected services including:

• Hair colouring
• Tinting
• Lash or brow treatments
• Laser treatments

Patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours before the appointment.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in appointment cancellation and applicable charges.

We cannot proceed with colour services without a valid patch test.

Colour & Chemical Services

While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, outcomes may vary depending on previous colour history, hair condition, and home care.

Corrective colour services may require multiple appointments.

Hair integrity and safety will always take priority over aesthetic goals.

Treatment Results

Results from beauty and hair services vary between individuals.

No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes as results depend on individual factors and aftercare.

Aftercare Responsibility

Professional aftercare advice will be provided following your service.

We cannot accept responsibility for reduced longevity or adverse outcomes if aftercare advice is not followed.

Children & Guests

For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service.

Exceptions may be made with prior management approval.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.

Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photographs or videos of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be featured, please inform your stylist before your service.

CCTV

CCTV operates on the premises for security and insurance purposes.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

Service Satisfaction

All services are final.

If you have concerns about your treatment, you must notify us within 48 hours so the matter can be professionally reviewed. Adjustments are considered at management discretion.
